GOT LEGAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR LAWYER? CHECK OUT Los Angeles County Bar Association Website

Welcome to the Los Angeles County Bar Association Website
If your attorney is telling you things that sound wrong , check out these guidelines . If you know of an attorney who is guilty of unethical behavior, give these folks a call then contact the state bar. LAUSD attorney David Holmqvist has repeatedly mislead and misinformed the public about the laws. He has an ethical duty to report abuse and so do you . Between iPads/ Bond $, Stu Magruder, the Breed case, 10,000 or more unjustly terminated teachers and the scams with the testing, budget and construction , never mind the unseemly mid conduct the general counsel took part in at the Miramonte scandal, this man is clearly guilty of moral turpitude.
If you were burned by disgraced, disbarred lawyer and Union rep Carl Joseph , you should report him to the city and state, as well as file a PERB . THERS IS A LINK AT THE LAST PART OF THE BLOG THAT LEADS TO PERB, DFEH( if you plan to sue , file this form to get the right to do it . There is a link to the EEOC if you're over 40, black, Latino, female, gay , disabled or otherwise victimized by LAUSD or UTLA . The more viable complaints we file , the better .
